Return Policy
At Mount Everest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items.

Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Clothing items must not have been worn or washed.
• Accessories must be in their original packaging and have no signs of use.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or clearance items
• Custom-made or personalized items

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at mount.everest.ltd.nz@gmail.com or call +64221872775 to request a return authorization.
• Once you have received your return authorization, pack your item(s) securely in a shipping box or envelope.
• Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange.
• Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
• We will process your return or exchange within [timeframe] of receiving your package.

Refunds
If you are returning an item for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we have received your returned item. We will cover the shipping cost of the new item, but you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a refund or exchange as appropriate.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
